We are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction. If, for any reason, you or our furry friend(s) are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges Policy below:

RETURNS

All returns claims must be initiated within thirty (30) calendar days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The treats must be in a partially used condition (less than or equal to 15% of the total product weight consumed).
  • The item must include all original packaging.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at info@elixirkitchens.com to request a return.
  2. Subject : Order Number (from your purchase email) / Return.
  3. Our customer service team will provide you with a return shipping label within 24-48 working hours.
  4. You will not be responsible for shipping charges associated with the return.

In the case of defective or damaged products, please contact us at the same email to arrange for a refund.

REFUNDS

Upon receiving your returned item and inspecting its condition, we will proceed with processing your return. Please allow a minimum of seven (7) business days from the date we receive your item for us to complete the return process.
We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.

Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase. The timing of when the refund appears on your credit card statement may vary and could take 1-2 billing cycles, depending on your credit card company's policies.

EXCHANGE

We currently do not offer even exchanges.
However, you are welcome to place a new order for the desired item at any time. This allows you to quickly receive the new product while your return is being processed.
